Processing & Shipping

Online orders are processed within 3 business days, unless there is an unexpected delay, in which case you will be notified. Orders paid by check or money order are held for processing and may take an additional 14 business days to allow for clearance of funds.

Products are mailed in plain manilla envelopes with our return address information, but do not specify the nature of the business or contents.

Please note that shipping time estimates do not include order processing, as shipping begins when your package has been picked up by our mail carrier.



Satisfaction Policy

We hope that you will be happy with your products and that they meet your needs and expectations. If, however, you experience a problem with your purchase, or they simply don't meet your needs, please let us know. We are committed to your satisfaction: whether it means sending a replacement for a defective product, finding another product that can better meet your needs, or refunding your purchase. In short, if you're not happy for any reason, please contact us by email at goddessshop@gmail.com.

FabPads can be refunded or exchanged for other products for up to 30 days from purchase date. If you have purchased several pads, please use and wash only 1 or 2 of them in order to ensure your comfort and satisfaction prior to using and washing all of them. Used FabPads cannot be returned. Please let us know about any questions, concerns or defective merchandise as soon as you can. If you wish to exchange or return FabPads, please follow the instructions at the bottom of the page.




To return products for exchange or refund, please follow these instructions carefully:

Include the following information: a copy of your invoice or email order confirmation (or your complete contact information and approximate purchase date), the product(s) to be returned or exchanged, and a note with your instructions for us (eg: "Please exchange this DivaCup for a FabPads Maxi Pad and Liner, and refund the balance to my credit card.")

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we cannot refund or give credit for mailing costs associated with returns and exchanges unless it is as a result of our error. No returns on clearance merchandise.
